My journey into breathwork began after years of working in PR, advertising, and fashion—a fast-paced career that left me yearning for something more aligned with my true self and the life I envisioned.

Now based in Xàbia, I serve the Costa Blanca area but I regularly travel to Ireland and other locations for retreats. Whether you join me online or invite me to facilitate at your event, I’m passionate about creating a safe and transformative space for your breathwork journey.
